You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR). We will respond to your request within one month.
Right to Rectification
You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal data we hold about you, or complete any incomplete data.

You have the right to request that we delete your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or when you withdraw consent.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
Rights Related to Automated Decision Making
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects. We do not currently use automated decision-making processes.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of your rights, please contact us using the details provided above. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
We will respond to your request within one month. In exceptional circumstances, where requests are complex or numerous, we may extend this period by up to two months, but we will inform you of any extension within the first month.
There is no fee for exercising your rights in most cases. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Our standard retention periods are:
- Enquiries that do not proceed: Up to 24 months
- Customer records: 7 years from the end of the service relationship
- Website analytics data: 26 months
Data Security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures are reviewed regularly to ensure continued effectiveness.
International Transfers
We do not routinely transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom. If any transfer is necessary, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
